Adding a Temporary Address

When a referral is accepted, the address that displays on the intervention is the listed address from the patient's record. If the patient is staying at a different address when they are due to receive care from the Community Team, for example, with a carer, this should be added as a Temporary Address.

To add a temporary address:

  1. From Patient Care find the patient required.
  2. Select Demographics and from Patient Contact Details, select Add New .
  3. The Add contact details screen displays:

  4. Complete the details as appropriate.
  5. Select Save .
Note - The temporary address continues to display on interventions for the patient until it is deleted by a member of the Community Team.
